Halo Recruit are recruiting on behalf of one of our recycling clients.
Are you an experienced professional in the Bailing, proficient in operating Bailing machinery, and equipped with an FLT Counterbalance license?
Can you effectively lead the extrusion phase of production to maximise output and minimise downtime in a safe and efficient manner
**Prior experience operating a bailer.**
Possession of an FLT counterbalance license would help.
**Thorough knowledge of the bailing process.**
Understanding of plastics and their properties.
A strong passion for driving continuous improvement.
Hours of work 6am-6pm Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday nights 6pm-6am
Pay is £10.75 per hour days and £11.75 per hour for Nights
