Our client is a Wealth Management company based in Blackpool who are seeking someone willing to step into the world of Human Resources as their new HR Assistant. This is a position perfect for a graduate with little or no HR experience looking to join a prestigious firm that can grow their skills
In this role, you will gain the opportunity to support controlling functions such as Recruitment (including onboarding and work experience management), Learning & Development (through supporting organising team events) and on how to operate the firm's HRIS. In doing so you will learn all the necessary skills to ensure a strong HR department is kept running at its finest, and in turn supporting the business as a whole to operate at its best; you will learn from fine talent within the organisation to do so, being shown how to utilise and operate within these different functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping the HR knowledgebase up-to-date as onboarding and offboarding occurs
- Maintaining relevant payroll processes, liaising with different benefit accounts and cascading appropriate queries to the right contacts
- Supporting in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including managing the probation and new starter processes and supporting with interview organisation
- Providing HR administration on other aspects such as references, sourcing appropriate documents for audits, producing reports for management team members and so on
