We are currently looking for an Asset Management Assistant to join the team on a 9-Month fixed term contract to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

This is a varied role providing effective administrative support to the Strategic Asset Management team and the Stock Condition Surveying team.

This is an exciting time to join our recently expanded team, to help and support our ambition to build more homes and invest in our existing properties.

**Some of your daily duties will include**:

- Providing administrative support through general correspondence and contractual documentation administration including scanning of certificates, notices, surveys and consultation documents
- Preparing data/reports for use in measuring performance
- Updating databases
- Work with the team on the day-to-day management of collecting stock condition data
- Contacting residents and providing all administrative support in the scheduling and management of Stock Condition Surveyor appointments

**Some of the things we are looking for**:

- Previous administration experience and experience of working closely with customers
- Proven experience of balancing a heavy workload, prioritising as necessary
- Evidence of having delivered effectively in a results/service driven environment
- Experience of working with large database software and manipulating data extracts
- Be customer focused with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
- Be numerate and literate with strong IT and communication skills
- Have good attention to details and can deliver results to a consistently high standard
- While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester._
