Shift pattern: Rotating, Morning, Lates and Nights

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Co-ordinate activities for Warehouse FLMs in terms of planning Performance Reviews & one to one meetings.
- Ensure the Warehouse Operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and is in line with the operational budget
- Prepare documentation for shift reviews, Performance Dialogue Boards, status updates and one to one meetings
- Update Work Instruction documentation as requested and plan training on site
- Reporting of KPI reports to the Operational Team on a daily and weekly basis
- Ensure accuracy of resource against volume throughputs.
- Supervise a team of control room clerks

- Experience in Supply Chain Environment would be beneficial
- Experience and knowledge of JDA would be desirable
- Experience and knowledge in OMS would be desirable
- Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to follow work procedures
- Good interpersonal, motivational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High level of IT literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Able to work under pressure
