Bsc Healthcare Science Respiratory and Sleep

To undertake and perform a range of basic respiratory diagnostic assessments and treatment interventions within the department, wards and outpatient clinic areas, and perform more complex clinical investigations under supervision. To analyse and interpret basic results and formulate a factual report. Maintenance of clinical records in relation to activities carried out. Performs calibration and quality control procedures on all laboratory equipment used.
Supervision and training are part of the degree apprenticeship and full support will be provided. to participate in department research projects and comparison of new equipment when relevant. See attached job description for the full range of duties.
