Allied Mills is the UK’s third largest miller and mills wheat for everything from bread to bagels, baguettes and biscuits, pasties to pastries, doughnuts, cookies, burger buns and pizzas, naan bread and chapattis, noodles and pasta. **The Role**

Salary**:£18,000 per annum (pro-rata)**
Hours**:24 hours per week (up for discussion and flexibility available)**
Holiday Entitlement**:20 days exclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata)**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Deputising for the Full Time Supply Chain Administrator during holiday cover
- Gathering analysis data on account resources, covering bagged deliveries
- Ordering and managing the PPE requirement for the site
- Be the point of contact for purchase order raising across Supply Chain departments
- Tracking weekly contractor and agency usage and tracking spend
- Holiday and sickness cover for the Full Time Supply Chain Administrator
- Some weighbridge support as required.
- Engaging in the Safety-First culture and compliance with AMB internal policies and procedures
- Ensuring your own development and training needs are identified, participating in the proactive environment.
- Actively participating and contributing in the sharing of “Best Practice” within a food manufacturing environment.

**Skills and Experience**
- PC literate, including a working ability with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Word; also capable of using Distribution Management Systems.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- A great customer focus with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, be punctual and reliable.
- Health and Safety awareness (essential)
- Food Safety awareness (desirable)
