Inbound Customer Service Executive - Apprentice

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Hourly rate: National Minimum Wage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound customer service calls, providing friendly and professional assistance to our valued customers.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries accurately.
- Embrace continuous learning and strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable telephone manner.
- A genuine passion for interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving enquiries effectively.
- Ability to multitask - we are looking for a ninja who can converse with customers over the phone and accurately capture the information provided
- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to gain a formal qualification alongside practical experience.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
