**Risk & Best Practice Administrator**
**The Position**
Providing Risk & Best Practice administrative support to the firm
**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**
- Inputting and checking details of new clients on the system and providing file numbers to the legal teams.
- Updating client records on the system when requested by the legal teams.
- Inputting and checking details of money laundering documentation received from legal teams on the system.
- Liaising with and providing guidance to legal teams regarding outstanding information to enable file opening.
- Assisting in the production, chasing, tracking, and data producing of file reviews.
- Assisting in the assigning, chasing, tracking, and data production of regulatory training.
**Qualifications**
- An understanding of AML and KYC (Essential)
- An understanding of the different aspects of law (Desirable)
**Experience**
- Creating, amending and updating electronic records (Essential)
- Reviewing and considering the adequacy of new client information and providing feedback (Essential)
- Providing guidance regarding money laundering requirements (Essential)
- Producing reports for outstanding information and training (Essential)
