Initially you’ll start working with the Insolvency Team as their administration support where your strong IT skills and tenacity to deal with a diverse range of tasks will be your superpower. You’ll deal with client queries, send external and internal correspondence, ensuring total compliance but what is a must is your eagerness and willingness to ‘train on the job’. The end result? You’ll have forged a career where you manage case loads in a highly specialised sector where your knowledge and experience will be highly sort after.

For this role a starting salary is offered between £21,000 - £23,000 with lots of other benefits we’d be happy to tell you about. Initially the role will be 100% in office, based in Ipswich, however once training is completed hybrid working is available as well as very flexible working hours. This role would suit someone open to working part-time or full-time hours.

Role Responsibilities
- Offer first-class Administration support to the Insolvency Department where you’ll be expected to perform lots of ad hoc duties
- Produce legally compliant documentation ensuring accuracy
- Answer incoming calls dealing with queries in a polite and professional manner
- Learn ‘on the job’ to aid personal career progression

What we require from you
- A willingness to show a strong work ethic, where your ambition shines through
- A proven track record of having worked in an office setting, ideally working as a departmental administrator who is confident in using all MS Office packages
- Is confident, eager to help, have a ‘can do attitude’
