As part of constellations people team you will have a major role in how events both on a match day and on non-match days are delivered. Our people are at the heart of what we do. We need someone who really can make a difference. Based at the stadium for the majority of you working time, you should have a real passion for people and process.

This role is accountable for the operational delivery of all Non Matchday staffing requirements at Tottenham Hotspur and casual dining restaurants on match days. The role is to ensure that the right quantity and right quality of staff are booked for work, driving high levels of consistency where appropriate and ensuring excellent operational delivery. You will need to be a leader.

There will also be a responsibility for monitoring the variable payroll and highlighting any issues to the heads of departments where necessary. Staff welfare and adherence to employment law is essential to this role, as is supporting the strategies of Constellation regarding recruitment, retention, employee relations and any other relevant aspect of employee welfare.

You ideally will have experience in executing flawless people operations in the events field and you put our people at the heart of all you do.

**Key focus areas**
- Leads and manages the non-matchday variable team members required for Prep and C&E, as well as overseeing the staffing of the casual dining areas on match days.
- Working as part of Constellation wider to ensure campaigns are kept fresh and we are the employer of choice
- Working collaboratively with HODs to determine all Non Match Day staffing requirements, never compromising on quality.
- Support with managing and controlling labour in line with budget for areas of responsibility.
- Oversee the operational delivery of staffing on both match days and event days so that the operation runs as smoothly as possible. This can be done by ensuring that there are set protocols in place with regards to check in, check out, allocation, overbook, staff journey, shortages, uniform and any other aspect of the staffing function.
- You should embrace the use of technology for communication and operational efficiencies
- Championing staff welfare
- Helping to create a workplace that cultivates retention and consistency
- Challenge and continually review variable labour specifications within all areas to assess cost effectiveness
- Manages and processes payroll for all variable staff, ensure paid right first time
