Veezu are currently looking for a Training Executive to join our growing Training & Quality team

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and award-winning company, on a full-time, permanent basis, working from our Leeds office.

**What can you expect as a Training Executive?**

**Working hours**:Full time - Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

**During your journey as a Training Executive, you will**
- Develop, maintain and deliver a range of training using classroom, online and on-the-job learning.
- Working with colleagues to ensure they have a good understanding of their role requirements and the software that they will be using to carry out their roles, supporting the via aftercare programmes to with successful implementation of newly acquired skills.
- Engage and collaborate with various regional operational departments to identify training needs and customise training material accordingly
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations to ensure continuous improvement to support career road mapping for our colleagues.

**Our expectations of you**
- Proficient experience in creating, executing, and delivering training programmes, both virtually and face to face, in a group environment or individually.
- Ability to assess and measure training effectiveness through post training audits and reviews
- A patient, understanding and approachable manner
- Energetic, determined, and highly capable
- Confident team player
- Competent use of the full Microsoft suite; Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisation and research skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
- At least 1 years’ prior experience in a training and / or coaching based role is desirable
