We are a construction and maintenance company specialising in provision of new build, repair and shop fit works for a major retailer. **Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- Assisting the maintenance team with recording and arranging scheduled visits, monitoring progress and forwarding associated quotations as required
- Pricing of maintenance daywork sheets using agreed rates
- Logging maintenance jobs, liaising with sub-contractors to arrange works and agreeing scheduling internally
- Resolving queries
- Providing 'on call' support once trained, on a rota basis
- Assisting with general admin duties, as required

Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment would be an advantage, as would experience of working in the reactive maintenance/scheduling field. Strong IT skills, including confidence working with Word and Excel are important.

You will need the ability to multi-task, have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills and be a team player with a can-do attitude. If you feel that the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
