2fawcett are recruiting for a part-time bookkeeper for a business located in Leeds. You will be supporting the Finance Team over the full accounting process.
**Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper**:
- General daily bookkeeping
- Data entry and invoicing
- Management of spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers
- Payment calculations and verification
- Preparing accounts and reports for month & year end
- Credit control and debt chasing
- Reconciliation of accounts and direct debits
- Filing and general office duties
- Coordinating and assisting with document filing
**Key Requirements**:
- Solid understanding of accounts, purchase ledger, sales ledger.
- Experience using accounting software
- Reliable and adaptable, willing to undertake various tasks including customer and supplier queries, management reports, payments, and payroll data
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Accounting Software
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
