We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Maintenance and Facilities Management team, which provides exceptional services to the residential property sector and letting agents. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a multifaceted role in bookkeeping and contractor scheduling.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Bookkeeping**_**:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records related to maintenance and facilities management services.
- Perform regular bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- **Contractor Scheduling**:_
- Coordinate and schedule contractors for various maintenance tasks.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of scheduled services.
- Liaise with contractors to guarantee a seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:_
- Work closely with the residential property sector and letting agents to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with all stakeholders, ensuring a positive and collaborative working relationship.
- **Problem Resolution**:_
- Proactively identify and address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise during maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with the team to find effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and coordination of contractors.
- Knowledge of the residential property sector and letting agent operations is a plus.
