**Job Title**:Night Concierge - Saturday and Sunday

**Location**:Wembley

**Hour of work**:Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm to 7:00am

**Salary**:£14,150

**Profile**:
One of our main clients are seeking a Night Concierge to join their team based at a residential development in Wembley. They are one of the largest Property Management companies offering plenty of progression opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Offer a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and residents.
- Ensure people are logged into the visitor book
- Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when needed
- Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults and damages
- Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
- Acting as a first point of contact for any site issues.
- Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
- Liaising with the housekeeping, cleaning and grounds staff to ensure that the safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
- Carry out building checks.
