**Position Overview**: We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and driven individual to our team as an **International Moving Sales Coordinator**. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our international moving services, connecting with clients, and ensuring seamless relocations across the globe.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients seeking international moving services.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored moving solutions, demonstrating expertise in international logistics.
- **Quotation**: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients, considering shipment size, distance, and service offerings.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of international moves, from packing to delivery.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with necessary documentation, customs procedures, and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and international trade regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics, moving, or relocation industry.
- **Customer-Centric**: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in preparing quotations, documentation, and coordinating logistics.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset, capable of working seamlessly with various teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible hours to accommodate international clients.
- Understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
