We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to carry out administration tasks on behalf of the Sales team. Ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently within the timescale agreed by the business and working closely with the sales team providing excellent levels of customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as a desire to join a fast growing, energetic and modern business who invest in the development and wellbeing of all colleague.

**The Role.**
- Provide administrative support to a team of Motor Insurance Sales and Renewals Handlers
- Invite and renew existing business
- Identify patterns and issues as they arise
- Ensure all details on our database are maintained and updated
- Process cancellations and mid-term adjustments
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks delegated by the line manager
- You will also be an effective communicator, who is empathetic, reassuring and understanding when speaking to customers on the telephone.
- You should be an organised individual, who is able to work efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to maintain a consistently high standard of work through good organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
