**Role Description**:
My client is looking for an **experience Administrator** to join their **Product Team.** This role includes providing administrative support to the Product Team, project work and client interaction.

Key duties of the Administrator are:

- Manage the set up for all meetings and attending visitors to the Product Department. Including agenda, refreshments, welcome screens, dinner reservations etc.
- Take all meeting minutes where attendance is required.
- Arrange trade show attendance for members of the Product team. This includes (but is not limited to) organising show badges etc.
- Oversee the sending and collecting of all departmental parcels, ensuring that the “Track” and “Trace” inbound/outbound process is effectively maintained.
- Ensure that the product storage facilities and product department are always maintained in a tidy and organised fashion. Take cardboard to outside bins to be recycled.
- Maintain Product Team calendar/ diary with meetings, launches, calls, tradeshows etc.
- Management of the supplier database, cross departmental distribution of product information, issuing of launch packs and points of sale materials.
- Respond to external calls and, and when applicable, escalate the call to the appropriate member of the team.
- Analyse the monthly IMS charts and provide a summary of the content for circulation to the members of the team.
- Undertake market and competitor research and report findings in a timely manner to Senior Managers.
- Track product reviews.
- Assist in the completion of new product forms and new supplier set-up administration.

**The Successful Administrator**:
The successful Administrator:

- Will have at least **1 years’ recent experience** in an **administrative **based role.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product documentation and specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint & Excel.

Own transport would be beneficial although the office is based on a public transport route.
