Our client in Harrogate is looking to recruit an administrator for their growing team. This role is heavily process driven and would suit someone that has a strong customer service background. Their culture is extremely welcoming, and they really do pride themselves on positivity, working hard and working collaboratively as a team. The offices are modern and spacious, a great environment to work from and you will be expected in the offices full time working Monday - Friday, 9am

**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting customers details onto the Access database accurately. Dealing with payments and any orders
- Processing mail by the Royal Mail platform
- Conducting weekly reports to ensure database up to date
- Processing refunds, arranging returns and replacements
- Picking and packing products three times a month and at peak periods of business Other administration duties at the role evolves and supporting other employees with their workloads.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient on Word, Excel, Outlook
- Working on Access database
- Inputting data accurately
- Works well autonomously as well as in a team
- Proactive and flexible approach to work

In return our client is paying between £24,000pa - £26000pa. There are 28 days holiday, bank holidays are not included, should you wish to have these off you would have to take this as holiday, this does not include Christmas. This is due to them working internationally; therefore, orders need shipping overseas within a specific timeframe. There is car parking and statutory pension contribution.
