**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

To succeed in the role of Multi-site reservations manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Delivering consistency of high level of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers and maximize the financial performance of the hotel.
- Ensuring all the telephone calls are answered and handled in a timely manner and in accordance with the brand standards.
- Ensuring all new existing bedroom, group and meeting room bookings checks are carried out in accordance with departmental and brand standards.
- Ensuring all reservations/group enquiries are dealt with a prompt and professional manner in accordance with brand standards.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day duties with selling the hotel and entering individual/groups/meeting room reservations, including arrivals checks, rooming lists, processing payments and communication to the hotel team.
- Being fully conversant with Opera Cloud, TARS and the associated procedures and systems.
- Upselling and cross selling targets are achieved, including the loyalty programme, ALL.
- Completing other projects when and when required.
- Deputising and attending meetings in the absence of Muti Site Reservations Manager
