A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MULTI SITE RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR

  • What you'll be doing..._
Reporting to the Multi Site Reservations Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

  • Delivering consistency of high level of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers and maximize the financial performance of the hotel.
  • Ensuring all the telephone calls are answered and handled in a timely manner and in accordance with the brand standards.
  • Ensuring all new existing bedroom, group and meeting room bookings checks are carried out in accordance with departmental and brand standards.
  • Ensuring all reservations/group enquiries are dealt with a prompt and professional manner in accordance with brand standards.
  • To be responsible for the daytoday duties with selling the hotel and entering individual/groups/meeting room reservations, including arrivals checks, rooming lists, processing payments and communication to the hotel team.
  • Being fully conversant with Opera Cloud, TARS and the associated procedures and systems.
  • Upselling and cross selling targets are achieved, including the loyalty programme, ALL.
  • Completing other projects when and when required.
  • Deputising and attending meetings in the absence of Muti Site Reservations Manager

To succeed in the role of Multi-site reservations supervisor, you will need the following qualities and skills.

  • Enthusiastic and a selfmotivated person with excellent written and verbal communication skills and team spirit.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Computer literate is essential and Opera PMS knowledge is preferable
  • Accor operating systems knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
