**About Us**:
DeliVita Limited is an award-winning manufacturer of bespoke handcrafted Wood-Fired ovens, currently exporting to over 50 Countries worldwide. We are now looking for a dynamic administrator to help increase and strengthen our team.

**The opportunity**:
The role is to be part of our small but very busy Sales Team (based in Huddersfield) and will involve all aspects of Customer Service across a very diverse customer base.

The ever-changing demand of the retail sector means that we offer a number of delivery and service solutions to suit our customer’s needs. These vary from UK delivery to Distribution Centres, to Retail Stores and a service direct to the end consumer.

You will be in regular contact and responsible for many different categories of customers including some well-known High Street Retailers, Garden Centres, Interior Designers, online Home Décor specialists as well as the end consumer.

**The Role**:

- To be involved in all aspects of managing the daily requirement of current customers.
- Accurate and timely processing of inbound orders on Zoho Systems to maintain key timelines.
- Updating customers with stock inventory and any outstanding back orders.
- Processing invoices, filing and general office duties
- Liaising with warehouse re. deliveries and returns
- Assisting warehouse staff within the warehouse, collecting products/parts
- Provide product and customer feedback to the wider business to aid continuous improvement.
- Accompany and support members of the Account Management Team as and when required.
- Have experience of working in a busy customer facing role.
- Outstanding customer service and inter-personal skills
- Extremely independent, self-motivated, organised, driven, and self-motivated
- Willing to go the extra mile for colleagues/customers
- Display a welcoming, fun, and positive attitude
- Have a good telephone manner.
- Can engage with and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- A high level of attention to detail and a good proof-reader
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Want to make positive contributions to the team and ongoing success of the business.

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,051.00-£23,000.00 per year
