Financial Administrator
A Financial Contracts Administrator is required by our client to join their expanding team due to growth in the business.
You will be working as part of the finance team dealing with all administrative tasks relating to multiple multi-site contracts. Specific duties include:
- Raising and processing invoices for each contract on a split payment basis.
- Setting up new projects on Sage complete with cost model information.
- Working closely with the Credit Controller to ensure that all invoices are directed to the correct contact and branch.
- Maintaining financial spreadsheets to record data for submission to the governing bodies.
- Ensuring that the contract administration flows smoothly and to deadlines.
You will have excellent administration, organisation and numeracy skills, together with having high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. You should be computer literate and a knowledge of Sage would be advantageous.
