The role of Operations Coordinator is a key role combining both software licensing support and purchasing solutions to the sales teams across the business. As such this is an internal facing role, with the key focus being on post sales transacting of software procurement for clients; this includes interpreting enterprise agreements, sales proposals etc
You will be an excellent administrator, with strong attention to detail; the ability to work accurately and have an eye for detail. You will also need to build effective relationships with key vendors including Microsoft. You will have high levels of IT literacy and be able to learn new systems quickly. As you will be using vendor portals for licensing procurement.
A knowledge of Software licensing and/or Enterprise agreements is advantageous but full training can be given.
This role is a key role within the business and it is imperative that you can work to strict deadlines, meet special promotion timescales for your clients (sales colleagues) and be focussed on achieving your deadlines and getting the task done.
There is a lot to learn in this role, and as such the role would suit someone bright, switched on; keen to learn and capable of retaining and using information on a daily basis. You will benefit from many years of experience in the current team, whilst also having access to excellent training both internally and directly with vendors.
Training and support will be ongoing.
