Unique Training Solutions Ltd (UTS) are the leading provider of training programmes to the Health, Housing and Social Care sectors across the UK. With over 21 years’ experience, we have built a brilliant reputation for developing and delivering high quality programmes and providing our customers with an outstanding experience in both training delivery and customer service.
We are approved by Health Education England to deliver the recently launched **Oliver McGowan training packages which are co-delivered with experts with a lived experience (EWLE) of a learning disability and autism.**
UTS now need to expand their training team and hire and train, experts with lived experience across the UK.
**As a Learning Disability and Autism Employment Support Worker with UTS you will**:
- Build a strong network of employment support organisations across the UK, who are supporting individuals with a lived experience of a learning disability or who are autistic, and provide individual support to them within their role at UTS.
- Build networks with employability teams with local authorities and housing associations who are supporting individuals in employment.
- Plan for, and attend, information sessions with the Head of training and EWLE.
- Carry out pre-selection calls/meetings.
- Co-ordinate EWLE training programmes delivered internally by UTS.
- On-board new members of the EWLE team to UTS.
- Work together with the UTS team when fulfilling customer Oliver McGowan training requests and co-ordinate bookings with our EWLE team of trainers.
- Provide support and guidance to the EWLE team in relation to pay and benefits packages.
- Provide Support and guidance to the EWLE team with travel.
- Provide kind and caring well-being and pastoral support.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of supporting individuals into employment to now become part of a fast paced, commercial training team.
**We would like you to**:
- Be passionate about supporting individuals with a disability and delivering positive outcomes.
- Have prior experience of employment support and have some knowledge in relation to the benefits system.
- Have good communication skills both written and verbally.
- Possess very good relationship building capabilities.
- Be a well organised team player.
- Ideally have some prior knowledge and experience within a health, social care or housing environment to understand our marketplace.
- Be excited to be one of the first organisation to be part of a brand-new government initiative roll out across the UK.
- Be competent in the use of word and excel.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- £30-32,000 pa full time.

**Hours**
This role is 8.30am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday.
We will consider part time hours - this would ideally need to be a minimum of 25 hours per week Mon-Fri.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
