**Pay rate**: £13.50 to £15.50 - **WEEKLY PAY**
**Shift Pattern**: Full time day shifts - Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 20:00pm

**Location**: St Austell, Cornwall (PL25)

**Requirements**:Learning Disability and Autism experience**

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a lady living in St Austell. She has Autism, Mental health and an eating disorder. We provide care on a 2:1 basis.

Your role of support is to meet her personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.

If you are resilient, reliable and looking for a role that truly makes a difference to someone else’s life then we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support with all aspects of daily living
- Personal care
- Supporting with her mental health
- Supporting her to go out into the community

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- It is desirable that applicants have a full UK driving license but is not essential.
- Learning disability and autism experience is required for this role.
- Mental Health experience.
- Not be allergic to animals.
- Caring and supportive nature
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
