**Job overview**:

- The Central Coordination Centre is looking for experienced healthcare administrators to join the team. The team are currently based in St Austell but will shortly be moving to a new base and will be located in Truro.- The role of the Admin Support Worker is to work with prioritisers who are Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists and other members of staff employed within the multi-professional team, processing and managing the flow of patient referrals through the CCC/LPOA- The Admin Support Worker will monitor the referrals on the single electronic referral system on a continual basis, triaging in partnership with the multi professional team.- The Admin Support Worker will be responsible for reviewing key blockages to patient flow, highlighting key issues to Team Managers, maintaining accurate and timely feedback to referrers and liaising with multi-agencies for the co-ordination of patient flow.**Main duties of the job**:
