The role of National Sales and Partnerships Executive is a key role in our business reporting to the National Account Manager and Commercial Director.

We want you to bring your own creativity in terms of business development and in supporting clients - both internal and external.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:
Account Management
- Development and management of the Accounts facilitating growth strategies
- Responsible for collecting, maintaining and correcting clients orders
- Work with the team on swaps and re-orders to clients to drive sales
- Work closely with customer service team for back-end follow up: order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with our accounts department on customers’ payments
- Coordinate and support instore marketing initiatives & events, manage ROI reports with stores, coordinate samples.
- Coordinate seasonal market organization and meetings for our accounts. Conducting sales appointments when necessary

Reporting and Analysis
- Responsible for collecting, monitoring and analyzing sales performance from our partners
- Create, manage and update sales, comp and sell-through reports
- Support the Sales team in various analytical projects : business review, sales forecasts, budget, market preparation

What are are looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of experience of National Sales / Business Development in beauty/ skincare
- Must have experience in online retail, preferably in the beauty/ skincare industry
- Experience overseeing one or more of the markets within the role’s remit a strong plus
- Experience in CRM - we use Pipedrive
- An understanding of Hootsuite, Sales Navigator, Social Selling
- Previous experience of working and presenting at ECRM & Cosmoprof
- Experience managing and developing others
- Sincere, patient, adaptable and positive attitude
- Eager to learn and values continued self-development

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
