Cummins Mellor seek an experienced Sales Administrator to join a rapidly expanding, people-centric business in the Blackburn area on a temporary - permanent basis. Our client offers a vibrant and engaging environment where you will join a successful, dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing all day to day customer order requirements and providing a first class level of customer experience.

Your role will involve processing high volumes of inbound orders in an accurate and timely manner. You will join a team of passionate customer service representatives who work together to achieve KPI targets surrounding volumes of calls and orders taken.

**As a Sales Administrator your role will include;**
- Managing calls and order capture requirements
- Supporting in client reporting requirements
- Undertaking other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers
- Process the setup of new customer account
- Process the setup of new customer account
- Processing of sales orders/despatching/and full admin process
- Full internal service of customer needs from end to end

**The ideal Sales Administrator will possess;**
- Experience of a customer service role in a fast moving environment
- Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner (friendly, helpful, polite, firm)
- Excellent organisational skills and a capacity to undertake a variety of tasks
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Cooperative and effective team player - helpful attitude towards colleagues
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
- Excellent computer skills
- Good understanding of a CRM system, procedures and processes

**Our client can offer;**
- Full time in office (own transport desirable)
- Temporary - Permanent role
- 9 - 5.30pm (1hr lunch)
