**_ABOUT THE ROLE:_**

Leo Recruitment are a preferred supplier of an award-winning partner of multiple leading technology providers in the UK and internationally who are expanding their software development team.

This role will be key to the success of the business and their customers’ ERP implementation projects, as you will be involved in the development of wide range of bespoke software projects of varying sizes.

**_WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?_**

**Salary**:Up to £55,000 pa depending on experience, plus competitive and regular bonuses.

**Flexibility/WFH**:The role will ideally based from the company’s head office in Poole, however the company has fully embraced remote and flexible working options, giving you that all-important work-life balance where you can spend more timeon things that are important to you, such as family or other commitments. As such, the option to work from home can be discussed as long as meetings in the office are attended when required.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, however flexible working options are available.

**_THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:_**
- Have strong commercial experience in software development
- Be skilled in relevant technologies such as C# and JavaScript
- Have a strong understanding of relational database concepts
- Have good skills in SQL
- Be competent in Git Source Control
- Have an Agile way of working, preferably with skills in Azure Devops, sprint planning, etc.
- Preferably having an understanding of a leading accountancy, MRP, CRM or ERP software solutions - advantageous
