We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team within our busy and expanding business.

**Hours**: Mon - Fri 8.00am to 4.00pm

**Salary**: competitive

**Start**: ASAP

**Duties Include**:

- To assist customers efficiently and professionally with telephone enquiries and bookings
- Maintain the departments database and records on our in-house system
- To assist the body shop and repair staff with ordering parts and booking them onto the system.
- processing invoices and relevant document/ paperwork relating to recovered vehicles
- Liaise with other departments to arrange delivery/collection of vehicles
- Assist finance department with credit control by telephoning overdue customers, assisting with account queries, invoices and credit notes
- Assist recovery drivers with general queries as required
- Support the Workshop Manager with adhoc administration duties
- Confident computer skills, including MS word and Excel at intermediate level or above
- NVQ or equivalent business administration level 3 would be an advantage
- able to effectively and proactively communicate with other members of your team
- able to positively represent the company at all times, being polite and helpful to others
- able to assist in other reasonable duties as required by the Company

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
