**Customer Acquisition and Success Manager - Competitive Salary + Benefits - London**

**The Role
Are you an exceptional Customer Acquisition & Success Manager (CASM) who appreciates the value of business generation, client communication and care?Do you want to work within a highly motivated team and exciting market sector? If so, we have a new challengefor you.

ADVSR are looking to scale our activities and our reach rapidly, and this is where you come in. We are looking to appoint a CASM to be responsible for day-to-day business generation and customer success activities.This will include identification of potentialcustomers, through the sales pipeline to the initial stages of onboarding to continued engagement and retention. The CASM will also work alongside other ADVSR departments on initiatives that address customer needs, product improvements and on improving departmentalefficiencies to help meet company goals.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Customer Acquisition and Success Manager include, but are not limited to:
**BUSINESS GENERATION**
- Identify prospective customers; explain how ADVSR can deliver value
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline with rigorous attention to detail via our CRM
- Complete cold calls daily to establish relationships with customers and gain leads
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities
- Identify industry events and represent ADVSR, which could include speaking on panels.

**CUSTOMER SUCCESS**
- Ensure onboarding is a joy for customers.
- Manage all commercial aspects of relationship with existing customers, lead the post-sale the engagement, retention, and growth of your customers
- Work side-by-side with the customer to create a Success Plan which defines a set of goals, objectives and an implementation/company adoption strategy
- Monitor customer communication, issues, and data
- Work with data-analyst to provide relevant recommendations to customers

**GENERAL**
- Build, grow and maintain relationships across your portfolio
- Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders: Share customer feedback and insights to Management, Engineering, and Marketing, on the innovation and improvement needed to optimise the ADVSR user experience
- Support Marketing to create engaging content, further encouraging use of the platform to our wider customer base.
