- ** This role would preferably be for males.**

We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are well-motivated, hardworking, and keen to join our teams. You will provide person-centered care and support to tenants, enabling them to manage their health needs, build life skills, promote healthy lifestyles, and engage in educational, vocational, and leisure activities. You will have the maturity to be able to work within a framework of positive behavioural support, building confidence, self-esteem, hope, and positive coping skills. You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and risk management plans and to work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Must have intermediate computer skills and be computer literate.**:

- ** Must have experience in working with challenging behavior.**

You will be supporting clients with a Learning Disability including those who may have autism and complex health and behavioral needs. You will follow the care support plans for each service user/tenant with respect and dignity. Supporting individuals to work towards their goals and aspirations

**The job includes shift work (including weekends) and must have previous experience.**
