**Role Overview**:
Kendall Summer Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team for a 7-14 week internship program. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while contributing to meaningful projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, training, and various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Engagement**: Contribute to initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment, including organizing events, creating engagement surveys, and supporting recognition programs.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, maintain training records, and contribute to the development of training materials.
- **HR Administration**: Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- **Project Assistance**: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance management, and other HR-related programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
