Here at GXO we are looking for an **Engagement & HR Coordinator** to join our River Island site in Milton Keynes. You will play an integral role in providing various engagement activities to our colleagues on-site as well as support the team on the HR side of things. Leading with exceptional communication skills, you will be actively promoting cultural change across the organization and ensuring the fun element never stops

Should you be successful in joining our team, you’ll be working Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm (we have some flexibility around that).

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of **£26,500** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Plan and coordinate various engagement activities on-site according to the annual engagement calendar
- Drive verbal and written communication to promote the activities to both internal employees on-site as well as the customer and key external stakeholders
- Working in a team, provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters including any HR administrative tasks

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar role is essential as well as creative flair to come up with new and fresh ideas for the events
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to deliver a message to large groups and spark excitement in people
- Basic HR knowledge will be beneficial but there is an opportunity to learn that part on the job
- Strong IT skills, preferably with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
