**Position**:
The position of Project Co-ordinator will be welcomed into a positive team environment, based from our head office near Chippenham, Wiltshire with flexible working from home available.

You will be an experienced Project Administrator or be looking to progress from a Customer Service or Admin background into a Projects role, with a methodical approach to problem-solving who has an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.

You have ambition and a growth mindset so you will be keen to learn, progress and are willing to study to become an exceptional project manager.

**Main Duties**:

- Providing a single point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Co-ordinating Resource Scheduling with the Service Delivery Manager and Commercial Director
- Facilitate project handovers from Commercial Teams into Projects
- Supporting Technical Consultants and Project Engineers at all stages of the project lifecycle
- Assist with the co-ordination and running of technical projects following the Mintivo Projects Process
- Facilitate calls with customers/internal teams to track and monitor progress
- Complete reporting packs, Project Feedback and Project Reviews
- Monitor, Communicate and Manage the project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Logs
- Collation of Project Feedback
- Ensuring data is entered within the Project Management Toolset
- Facilitate projects to service handover following project processes
- Communicate project completion to Finance team for billing
- Assisting the wider Central Operations Team where necessary

- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Methodical approach to problem-solving
- Collation of data from various sources to create and distribute reports

- Highly organised
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels of a company
- Strong organisational skills
- Scheduling and resource management
- Ability to manage workload balancing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn new processes and tasks in a growing and changing environment.

The following skills are desirable:

- Experience working within an ITIL Framework
- Experience delivering IT Projects
- Experience with Project Management tools (Wrike, Microsoft Project)

**Qualifications**:

- Desirable - APM PFQ/Prince2 Foundation or other Project Management qualifications
