**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Trainer in Health and Social Care, you will be responsible to:
- Visit the learners in schedule and deliver apprenticeship in health and social care from level 3 and up using online platform or face to face
- Manage a caseload of learners and support them throughout their apprenticeship using your vocational knowledge and experience
- Provide assessments to the learners, provide feedback and keep the E-portfolio updated
- Monitor the learners’ progress and identify their learning issues and make sure to provide proper action to avoid early leavers from the programme
- Ensure to achieve of learning goals and KPIs
- Follow all the company’s policies and procedures
**Experience and Skills**:
As a Trainer in Health and Social Care, you will need the following to be successful:
- Health and social care qualification or Lead adult care worker at level 5
- Assessor qualifications such as CAVA, A1, D32, and D33
- Teaching qualifications like PTLLS and AET
- Health and social care experience or
- GCSEs English and Maths
- Good communication skills
