Our aim is to deliver a great experience to every customer, every time. But we know things don’t always go quite right - that’s where our Complaints team come in. We’re looking for a Complaint Officer to join the team, make a difference to our customers and help us improve things for the future.

In this role, communication is key, so we’re looking for someone who can confidently talk to customers and colleagues at all levels, with empathy, compassion and understanding. You’ll be able to use your initiative to investigate complaints, find creative solutions and provide a great end-to-end customer experience.

And this role is about more than just putting things right - it’s about building relationships both inside and outside the business. Along with giving feedback so others can learn, you’ll also get to the root of where we can do better for our customers and look at improvement opportunities across our systems, processes, policies and training.

This positions offers the flexibility to work from either our Eastleigh, Bracknell or Yeovil office.

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers. Silva Homes joined Abri in October 2023 making the group a financially stronger and more resilient organisation. To help deliver our services Abri work with 36 local authorities and 63 different parliamentary constituencies alongside partners in our community.

Silva will operate as a separate legal entity under the Abri Group umbrella before fully transferring in 2024.
