Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure the efficient functioning of the office and the company.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and organising financial paperwork.
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner, providing relevant information or directing callers to the appropriate person.
- Assist with filing and document management, ensuring that all paperwork is properly organised, filed, and easily accessible.
- Provide general information to callers regarding our entertainment venues, such as operating hours, prices, etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and assisting with office supplies management.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and administrative tasks.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, taking initiative and being proactive in completing tasks.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
