Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Environment - Hybrid role with full training provided.

Objectives of this Role:

- Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts.
- Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
- You will manage client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- We are looking for individuals with experience in customer and/or client service. However, if you are passionate and enthusiastic about providing a great client experience, then we want to hear from you
- You should be confident using various systems including Microsoft Office and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least 12 months prior working experience in sales/telecommunication, cold and/or warm calling.
- B2B experience is a plus
