**Sales Development Representative (Lead Generator)**

This is an exciting role within a small and dynamic locally based team. A varied role, with the Sales Development Representative role being at the heart of the team.

The role is based near Stansted, where you will need to be within a commutable distance with access to your own vehicle.

**Salary**: Salary £25,000 - £30,000 OTE

**Sales Development Representative (Lead Generator) Duties**:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for securing the required number of monthly leads from new and existing projects and customers within the construction industry.

**Sales Development Representative (Lead Generator) Requirements**:
You should be comfortable with sourcing leads, developing, and maintaining a sales database, meeting deadlines/targets and be able to provide reports of sales success and KPI’s.
- Ideally 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
- Able to research leads and generate opportunities for enquires
- Problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
- Be focused on solutions, (can-do attitude)
- Great at time management and completing tasks
- Be confident
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Be highly flexible and adaptable
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Be prepared to think creatively and be innovative
- You will need to be a strong communicator, have a problem-solving attitude, and have a great energy.
