Do you want to join Priory’s internal Safeguarding Training team?

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Regional Learning Partner/Trainer who will be part of an exciting change in the way that we deliver many parts of our Core Training to our colleagues.

Initially focusing on Safeguarding, but later broadening this focus which will include other areas of Core Training, your role (together with your other Regional Learning Partners) will be key in ensuring that our Safeguarding standards are met and exceeded every day in every one of our 400+ sites across the country.

**Please note the successful applicant must have a Driving Licence and access to a car.**

As an exceptional Learning Partner, it is essential that you have experience of delivering high quality training in a high volume environment. Safeguarding knowledge and experience would also be beneficial as would experience of delivering training virtually - although neither of these are essential as we will provide training to support you.

**Regional Learning Partner duties include but are not limited to**:

- Work with Divisional Teams and the Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure that training is proactively and effectively planned within the geographical region
- Deliver sufficient training to meet regulatory and or internal policy/compliance standards ensuring it is fit for purpose and conducive to colleague needs in agreed focus areas i.e. Safeguarding and Protection, Child Sexual Exploitation and Mental Capacity Act training
- To develop and maintain expertise in different methods of training delivery and utilise to maximise training delivery in the region

**What we would like from the Regional Learning Partner**:

- Completed the Advanced Safeguarding Lead Training within the past 2 Years
- Knowledge of variety of different Learning Methods
- Articulate with good interpersonal skills and clear communication with all levels of management
- The ability to deliver training to achieve specific objectives
