Position Title:
HR Co-Ordinator - Immediately Required

Location and Hours:
Tamworth, Staffordshire. Full Time 8.30am - 5pm

6 months FTC
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Point of contact for employees and managers for T&A Systems administration
- Ensure ERP System (IFS) is accurate an dup to date an reflects data within Payroll
- Liaison between HR and Payroll for sickness pay related queries
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR Management.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and pension providers
- Conducts (Office/Non Factory) new hire onboarding and schedules additional training/orientations with appropriate departments.
- Conducts Exit Interviews with all company leavers and collates data for analysis
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, and employee recognition events
- Assists with employee complaints and investigations
- Manage probation review process and liaise with managers for timely review meetings and appropriate feedback

**What you bring**:

- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards
- Good understanding of Time and attendance (T&A) systems
- Good understanding of UK employment law
- Confident in dealing with all levels of personnel
- Experience in manufacturing would be beneficial but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
