**What you’ll be doing**
- Developing and delivering online marketing campaigns for BT Shop which will be key to driving the business to deliver revenue, margin and customer experience targets
- Maximising the effectiveness of and working within the marketing budget allocated to the activities. You will be expected to analyse and interpret performance, make changes based on data and control and manage sales via paid channels to a targeted Cost of sale
- Building and maximising the benefit of relationships with affiliate marketing partners
- Working closely with the commercial (product) team to develop and deliver competitive & commercially sound campaigns driven by products which support the usage and customer experience from our key Consumer products as well as engaging on pan-BT Consumer customer facing hardware opportunities
- You will work as part of the wider BT Shop team, responsible for ensuring the online user journey is optimised - considering attribution, search and navigation
- Managing marketing campaign effectiveness and KPI’s - reporting back to key stakeholders as appropriate
- Deliver communications that fall within brand guidelines, the BT Shop quality standard and company ethos
- Working to improve the online user experience through A/B testing to maximise conversion and ROI
- You’ll get your hands on products to help contextualise them to improve web conversion rates ensuring that product pages have good quality web content including images, videos and key features and benefits of the product are highlighted.

**The skills and experience you’ll have under your belt**
Must have
- Previous marketing experience in a fast paced environment with broad knowledge of the marketing mix
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of marketing ROI
- Creative and innovative thinker - challenge the norm
- Excellent spelling and grammar are essential
- Ability to write contextual, engaging copy that challenges a customer to really understand the benefits a product can bring to their lifestyle
- Would be good to have
- Knowledge and experience of Affiliates, PPC and SEO
- A Marketing qualification / CIM qualification is highly desirable
- Strong agency management skills with previous experience of managing marketing agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop to work to basic templates
- Experience with a CMS such as Umbraco and/or Wordpress
