This is a varied role requiring excellent teamworking and communication skills and strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues in the Global Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team and stakeholders across the firm. Part of MBD Global Operations, the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team supports the firm’s successful engagement and relationship building activities with global priority clients and targets. The team is responsible for CRM system data quality and ensuring that Business Development opportunities, marketing campaigns, content mailings and client events are managed smoothly through the CRM system.

About Marketing & Business Development

Key responsibilities and deliverables

Key duties include:

- Developing a deep understanding of CRM and the Martech stack (Salesforce, Introhive, Marketing Cloud, Eventogy, Episerver and WeChat) to be able to support the delivery of successful global business development campaigns and client events
- Becoming a ‘Superuser’ of the various platforms to support maintaining CRM data quality and ensuring that campaigns and events are managed efficiently
- Liaising with MBD colleagues and fee earners around the world to advise on BD campaigns and client event best practices in relation to the CRM systems
- Working with and coaching EAs around the global firm to ensure that contacts are shared to appropriate business development campaign and event lists and to ensure that the latest information is available in the CRM system
- Analysing data held within the CRM to deliver insightful reports and dashboards for analytic requests and support the function to identify trends
- Ensuring global data protection policies are followed to ensure firm wide compliance
- Inspecting and correcting data to reduce errors, inconsistencies, redundancies, incomplete information and drive towards standardisation of formatting
- Responsible for working through a service cloud queue to deal with requests from internal stakeholders and CRM related queries alongside team SLA’s and KPI’s
- Supporting colleagues with validation of data in Salesforce CRM and Litera Foundation experience management, when needed
