**About the role**:
Our marketing team based in London and Manchester are creative, action orientated and deliver bold and exciting campaigns that continue to maintain our market leadership and grow our connection with UK car buyers. We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to deliver all our in-life Consumer CRM communications. The role is based from our Manchester office with travel to our office in London when required.

Our CRM team are responsible for all direct-to-consumer communications and are channel experts. In this team, you will be responsible for creatively and consistently delivering our weekly CRM programmes, innovate our campaign communications and build our community through new initiatives. You will have energy and passion to communicate with our database and build highly engaging programmes end-to-end.

Key responsibilities include creating, testing, deploying and analysing our CRM Campaigns. You'll collaborate with our agencies, CRM platform and wider consumer marketing teams to deliver engaging communications.

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong CRM experience within a B2C environment
- Marketing Communications experience
- Strong QA skills
- Knowledge of segmentation and targeting
- Knowledge of analytics and event data

While not essential, it would be a big plus if you have had exposure at another brand within e-commerce.

**Benefits and more**:
We're offering a salary between £35,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience, and a flexible benefits package to support your health and well-being. You'll have 28 days holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve. Our Aviva pension scheme offers between 5% to 7% employer contributions depending on the percentage you choose to contribute, and we provide Bupa healthcare cover for all of our employees.

There is an expectation that everyone is, on average, in more than out; therefore, on top of your two fixed days, we should see you in the office on other flexible days. You can choose these flexible days in the office depending on your work, home and team commitments.
