Hastings & Rother Healthcare are currently looking for a full time Data and Quality Improvement Care Coordinatorto join our dynamic and evolving organisation.

**Main duties of the job**
To utilise Practice and patient data to improve performance and assist the Practice in meeting targets and improving the provision of health to the Practice population. To contribute to the organisational performance monitoring by interpreting and presenting data and producing regular performance reports as well as ad-hoc reports. To work with the Quality Improvement Team (QIT) and other practice departments to identify, implement and review the systems within the Practice, to maximise income and patient outcomes.
**Salary**: £21,137.00-£25,126.00 per year
