Job Overview:

The Care Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. This role involves managing a team of care professionals, coordinating care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage a Team: Supervise and develop a team of care staff, including core and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring our care services meet the highest standards.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Quality: Regularly monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary to ensure exceptional care.
  • Handle Client Concerns: Handle escalated client or family concerns with sensitivity and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate care services and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Recruit and Develop Staff: Recruit and develop care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Conduct Audits and Reports: Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on service performance and client satisfaction, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure our care services remain compliant and competitive.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector, with a strong understanding of care regulations and compliance standards.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and make decisions under pressure.
  • Compassion and Client Focus: Compassionate and client-focused, with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in care management software and other relevant tools, with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
