Job Overview

The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. This role involves managing a team of care professionals, coordinating care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, including core and support staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.
  • Handle escalated client or family concerns with sensitivity and efficiency.
