**Location**: Sunderland - Role is office based

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-7pm

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour, increasing in April 2024 to £12 in line with the Real Living Wage.

Bonus opportunity to earn an additional £250 a month, but this is uncapped so if you’re great at delivering more is available

12 months sales experience within a contact centre is essential for this role.

Tasks

You will be working on behalf of our client, who are one of the largest gas and electricity energy suppliers to residential customers and businesses in the UK

This role will give you the opportunity to help customers reduce household bills and will involve outbound calls to customers offering energy efficiency savings products..

**Requirements**:
We are looking for new talent to fill our Outbound Sales Advisor roles on permanent, full-time contracts based at our new office in Sunderland. You will need to be:

- An excellent communicator with great objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Love understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to delight them.
- Determined to meet or exceed your performance targets.
